Happy 250th Birthday, America :) <3

Galatians 5:13

You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.

Today marks 250 years of celebrating America's independence and I for one am truly blessed to be with my friends, family and community to rejoice in this moment :) In spite of the differences we may have, I still choose to believe that we are one people, one nation, under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. I am aware of the social and political climate..I am not deaf to the false ideologies that have caused more harm than good, nor do I turn a blind eye to racial, social, and political injustices that have plagued us for what feels like centuries.....HOWEVER, I am confident in the Lord I serve, and I believe that all will be made right in due time, in the meantime, we the American people, MUST stick together...don't let the evils of this world keep us from seeing the truth: Ecclesiastes 4:12 "And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a three strand cord is not quickly broken." WE are the PEOPLE and we must stand UNITED against any and every threat to the freedoms we are blessed with. WE are the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, it's high time we start acting like it. I don't care if you represent the right or the left, if we don't stand for what's right, there may not be many of us left to make a choice for much longer. Heed my words and use them accordingly.

"For the love of life and the pursuit of the arts, stay prayerful, stay positive and write on!"
