Verse of the Day:
Psalm 33:11
The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of his heart from generation to generation.

One of the things I love seeing in the arts community, is the longevity and/or return of past time classics. Journal Keeping is one of such things, through the arrival of bullet journaling, junk journaling and the refreshed appeal of scrap booking, I've seen the three be merged into absolute treasure troves of artistic expression. What makes it so lovable is that its a true showcase of individuality. While there are similarities in formats and content, everyone does it in their own way and I love seeing my favorite artists, YouTubers, TikTokers and other content creators participate as well. I myself have changed the way I fill my Sketchbooks and Journals, ultimately by using them for a little bit of everything and what I've found is that its twice as fun and makes my art more interesting to ME (I've made quite a few things that I've grown quickly bored of.) Lately, I've been really encouraged to journal on practically the every day basis. It's been a very uplifting experience for me and I'm happy to be aboard this paper wave :).

How about you? Do you journal, junk journal, scrap book, or bullet journal? Maybe you have a fun jambalaya of all of them? Tell me about it in the comments below, and remember...
"For the love of life and the pursuit of the arts, stay prayerful and write on!"
