Verse of the day: "God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble." Pslam 46:1

My friends and family love to refer to me as Bumblebea, affectionately due to my absolute love of flowers and nature. I'd always wanted to live somewhere where I could have a nice garden or at the very least a wide variety of plant life.

When Merengue called me to come live in Mariposa, my curiosity was piqued. She would never live somewhere that didn't offer fresh vegetation for starters, she's big on agricultural Integrity in her specialty dishes. After all, it was always her dream to become a world-famous Chef.

As of lately she’d been traveling the world in search of the “perfect dish” as she calls it. I've been looking for something new myself…. I'm a bit more introverted than my strawberry loving friend….aside from gardening, I love to read and write. I'd love to move to a nice quiet area to finally publish my work in peace. I told Merengue I'd visit on a camping trip to see what the place was like and my goodness did it make quite the impression!

The scent of wild flowers were simply divine! They even had a designated welcoming committee and campsite area. The human who visited my tent was none other than the resident leader herself! Jasmine, could you believe it! She welcomed me warmly and went about her day. My time on Mariposa persuaded me…. it was time for a change. Although the island was still in its development stages, it was the harmony and peace that drew me to it. Everyone even have their own gardens so you can just imagine how thrilled I was, when Jasmine herself invited me to stay.

I'd heard a great deal from Merengue about her and shortcake is very particular about who she holds near. I had a good feeling about this place.... after all there's something beautiful to be long for in a place named after one of the most flower loving species of them all! (I even heard a rumor that there were golden roses that grew out in the fields!) could you ever imagine such a thing!

"For the love of the life and literature, stay prayerful, stay positive and write on!"
