Food is only as good as the place it's from, is what I always say about the pursuit of the culinary arts.

I've been traveling for months in search of a place with the PERFECT agricultural development I need to create my best edible achievements.

Food has always been my love language and how I show my care. My dream is to one day open my own restaurant and call it Merengues Masterpiece's . During one of my Crusades I made a pit stop on a little island called Mariposa.

It was a beautiful and lively place, filled with streams and bustling events going on at every turn. I used what time we had to venture out towards what appeared to be prepared farmland. One of the locals informed me that Mariposa was the leading Island of food production!

There were gardens filled with apples, pears, peaches, pumpkin, sweet sugar cane, and even bamboo thrived in this area! Not to mention the oceans were said to produce the finest seafood around. Before I could have a second thought I'd already purchased a plot of land to build on. I hope to one day create a dish that inspired the greatest decision I ever made. I'm not well-versed or very poetic but I think I speak for everyone when I say Mariposa is one Chef kiss of an island .
